Community Guidelines and Safety Policy

CrewTaskr is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, professional, and trustworthy marketplace for Clients and Workers. These Community Guidelines and Safety Policy outline the standards of behavior expected from all users on the CrewTaskr platform.
By accessing or using CrewTaskr, you agree to comply with these Guidelines. These Guidelines are part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
1. Respect and Professionalism
All users must treat others with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

Harassment, bullying, or intimidation

Hate speech, discrimination, or derogatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics

Threats, violent language, or unsafe behavior

Sexual harassment or unwanted advances

Stalking or invasive behavior

Abusive, profane, or highly offensive language
CrewTaskr maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threats of violence, hate speech, or sexual harassment.
2. Honest Profiles, Job Postings, and Reviews
You must provide accurate and truthful information at all times. Prohibited activities include:

Creating fake accounts or impersonating others

Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, experience, or credentials

Posting misleading or fraudulent job descriptions or bids
-
Manipulating ratings, reviews, or the Platform’s matching system
-
Leaving fake, retaliatory, or dishonest reviews
All reviews must be truthful, based on actual experiences, and free from harassment or discriminatory content.
3. Prohibited Activities and Illegal Conduct
You may not use CrewTaskr for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Fraud, scams, or theft

Drug-related activities or substance abuse

Human exploitation or trafficking

Weapons, violence, or illegal substances

Property damage, trespassing, or vandalism
-
Any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws
CrewTaskr will cooperate with law enforcement as required or permitted by law.
4. Payment and Transaction Safety
All payments for jobs arranged through CrewTaskr must be processed exclusively through the Platform. Attempting to circumvent the payment system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
You must not:

Request or offer off-platform payments to avoid fees

Pressure others into using alternative payment methods

Share financial or login credentials
5. Messaging and Communication Rules
CrewTaskr messaging is intended for professional job-related communication only. You may not use messaging to:

Send spam, unsolicited offers, or advertisements
-
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
-
Share malicious links, malware, or harmful files
-
Engage in fraud or illegal transactions
-
Attempt to circumvent Platform rules or payments
CrewTaskr may monitor and review communications for safety, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement.
6. In-Person Safety and Job Conduct
Your safety is important. We strongly recommend the following practices:

Verify the other party’s identity through the Platform

Meet in safe, public locations when possible for initial contact

Share job location details responsibly
-
Trust your instincts and decline jobs that feel unsafe

Report any suspicious or threatening behavior immediately
CrewTaskr is not responsible for any interactions, injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during in-person meetings or jobs.
7. Property Damage and Hazardous Conditions

Clients must provide accurate job descriptions and disclose any known hazards.

Workers must work safely and avoid causing property damage.

Any property damage, unsafe conditions, or incidents must be reported to CrewTaskr immediately through the Platform.
8. Fraud Prevention and Platform Integrity
CrewTaskr actively monitors for fraudulent activity, including fake accounts, chargeback abuse, review manipulation, and suspicious behavior. We may suspend accounts, delay payouts, or request additional verification during investigations.
9. Enforcement Actions
Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in, without prior notice:

Removal of content or listings

Warning

Temporary suspension of account or features

Permanent account ban
-
Payment holds or forfeiture of funds

Reporting to law enforcement authorities
CrewTaskr reserves the right to take enforcement action in its sole discretion.
10. Reporting Violations
We encourage users to report any unsafe, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior. You can report issues directly through the Platform or by emailing CrewTaskr@gmail.com.
Provide as much detail and evidence as possible. All reports are taken seriously and will be investigated.
11. No Guarantee of Safety or Conduct
While we work hard to maintain a safe platform, CrewTaskr does not guarantee:

The accuracy of user profiles or identities

The qualifications, reliability, or safety of any Worker or Client

The quality, safety, or legality of any job or service

That all users will comply with these Guidelines
You use the Platform and interact with other users at your own risk.
12. Changes to These Guidelines
CrewTaskr may update these Community Guidelines and Safety Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
